February 2021 Favorites
February has gone by like a blur. It’s been such a weird month. A few snow storms and quarantine had me working from home for most of the month. But through all the weirdness, I picked out a few things I loved this month.
First up is Ted Lasso. I’m late to the game on this one as most people watched it when it first came out late last summer. I heard so many people rave about the show and I finally watched it early in February. I absolutely loved it. It’s so good, funny, and just makes me happy. If you don’t know what it’s about, Ted Lasso played by Jason Sudeikis, is an American football coach. He takes a job as a coach of a soccer (or football) team in England, not knowing anything about the sport. It’s so good and uplifting!

My next favorite is something I’ve been eating for a quick breakfast on many weekdays lately. I only have a few minutes to eat before I leave for work so toast with orange marmalade has been my jam (no pun intended) lately. I love orange marmalade.

Another sort of food favorite is Ferrero Rocher. It’s been a while since I’ve had these hazelnut chocolates so I got a box from Costco and is a nice little treat! Don’t be alarmed, I didn’t eat half the box already. I left half the chocolate at my parents’ house so I’d have some there to eat.

Fresh flowers always make me happy and I got a really pretty bouquet from the supermarket earlier in the month. Sometimes you get bouquets where part of it ends up being duds or they die quickly. This bouquet was beautiful all around and lasted close to 3 weeks!

A few weeks ago I talked about my 100th ride on Peloton and in that post I wore my new grey Jockey zip up. It is so soft and warm. I love it!

It’s been a long time since I’ve used my InStyler Max Rotating Iron and I brought it out last weekend for a look I was going for. I forgot how much I love it!

Lastly, I have to add in Rege-Jean Page hosting SNL last weekend. I love him in Bridgerton so I had to watch. Some of the skits were so funny and he did a great job. I don’t think I even saw him break. My favorite sketches were the Driver’s License one, the Bridgerton intimacy coordinator one, and the Actor’s Spotlight one.
What are some things you loved this month?
