Black Draped Overalls

I’m officially back at work today and summer break is over. It’s weird – normally I would have been so blue and on the verge of tears the night before, but I was kind of whatever about it. I think it’s because I’m been so preoccupied with my ear issue and I’ve been measuring time with that. Good news is I got my stitches out yesterday. Slightly bad news is that there’s one part that is not healed yet so I still have to keep it clean and dry, which means I still can’t wash my hair in the shower like a normal person yet. It’s crazy that I first went to the doctor for this whole thing on the last day of school/work and now I’m back at work and I just got my stitches out. It has literally taken up my whole summer!

Anyway, onto the point of this post. I got rid of a black romper this year that was old and didn’t fit well anymore so when I saw this black draped overall romper I thought it looked really cute and filled a hole in my wardrobe. The overalls are really comfortable and have pockets, which is always a plus. The straps are adjustable with 3 button holes. I wore them over the weekend with a a white ribbed tank top and my white slip on sneakers.

I liked this black and white look, but the black overalls would be really cute with a bright colored tank underneath or a tee too. The overalls are still in stock in a few sizes and on major sale. They’re on sale plus an additional 50% off in cart (at the time I’m writing this, at least)!
