Stars + White Scalloped Shorts

Quick post from me today because I just have to many things to do as I write this (on Monday night). Over the weekend I decided to put together an outfit that would be Memorial Day inspo since somehow Memorial Day Weekend is already this weekend! How did that happen??

I wore this navy blue light sweater with white stars and white scalloped shorts. Had it been cool out I would’ve worn white denim jeans, but it was a really warm day so I was able to show off this white shorts with scalloped hem.

I finished off the look with my new white sandals with dual straps. One strap is white and the other is a woven strap. So comfortable and cute!

Please excuse my pasty legs – I haven’t had the time to try out the dry oil mist I got yet! I think this is a great outfit for Memorial Day Weekend with the navy and white combo and the stars. The scalloped shorts are my favorite. Such a cute way to change up white shorts! This would make for a great 4th of July outfit too if you’re somewhere that is cool during the holiday like if you’re by the water for fireworks and need long sleeves.
