I love trying out new scents and I was fortune enough to get sent the Tom Ford perfume, Tuscan Leather. It is a warm scent and has notes of leather, saffron, and black suede.
I’m really bad at describng scents, but Tom Ford describes the scent as, “primal leather with night-blooming jasmine and black suede for a distinctive spin: a perfume that is raw yet refined, sensual yet sophisticated”. The scent is really good and not too strong, however the scent doesn’t fade either. The other day I was driving and got a whiff of the perfume on me, still going strong.
Back in the spring I reviewed the Ralph Lauren Romance perfume and said it made me think of the beauty department in a department store and how it brought back memories of walking through the stores. Tuscan Leather gives me that same vibe – like a fancy perfume from the department store, which is fitting because it is a pricey perfume!
The perfume, which comes in a beautiful and sleek brown glass bottle, comes in a brown set-up box. They both look so pretty on my vanity!
