Balloon Sleeve Floral Romper

It’s that weird time of year where some days it’s nice, mild, and comfortable out and the next it’s 90 and the humidity is seriously uncomfortable. For work, I dress in layers and on my non-work days it might be a tank and leggings or long sleeves and shorts. It’s a good time of year for long sleeve rompers and this floral balloon sleeve one is so pretty. It has a slit in the back making it sort of open-backed and has delicate lace trim and covered buttons.
