Green Balloon Sleeve Polka Dot Dress

I didn’t wear my shamrock skirt to work on St. Patrick’s Day, but I did wear green. I got this green balloon sleeve dress from Target and it has a sort of animal print inspired polka dot design to it. The extra wide collar makes me think of those memes joking about how Target keeps selling pioneer style dresses, but I belted the dress to give it some more shape and I love it!
