Getting people raving about your limo hire brand isn’t as complicated as you might think. Yes, you may need to jump over some hurdles, but once you get the formula right, setting up a profitable business is simple. 

Here’s what you need to do: 

Prioritize Customer Service

Start by prioritizing customer service. Make sure that customers feel appreciated and welcomed in every interaction, from their initial inquiry to the point where you say goodbye.

Ensure you have a proper software solution in place to do this, such as a booking or billing system. For example, you might talk about the defensive driving techniques you use. These can be helpful when dealing with large parties who want to move around in the rear cabin. 

You could also point out your drivers’ advanced driving course techniques. Staffing vehicles with specialists who can deal with the most challenging situations reduces the risk of accidents. 

Equip Your Vehicles With Everything Guests Need

Offering your customers VIP services can make using your services even more special and enjoyable. For example, you could add phone chargers, and WiFi to your vehicles as standard to improve data connectivity and device usage. You could also use a car tablet holder for screens on the back of seats if your older vehicles don’t include them as standard. These help keep guests, kids, and parties entertained for longer journeys (those lasting an hour or more). 

Showcase Some Personality

Don’t be afraid to show off some personality in your limo branding efforts. After all, most people only hire these vehicles for fun. 

This “fun factor” is particularly important for companies targeting hen parties and stag dos. Getting on social media and highlighting a combination of luxury and humor can be an excellent way to win customers. You can do the same by highlighting elegance if targeting the wedding market. 

Make sure your website and social channels offer high-quality visuals so customers can get a better sense of what to expect. Show detailed pictures of your services and what you provide to generate excitement and get people interested in what you do.

Finally, it helps if you can offer your clients online booking with a simple interface. Providing them with instant quotes for their journey builds transparency and trust, allowing people to make informed decisions on whether to use your services. 

If you have extra fees, mention them in the pricing. For example, you might charge extra for providing water bottles or providing WiFi connections to passengers.
