Nothing Like the Movies – Multiple Copies

Let me tell you the story of how I ended up with 2 copies of Nothing Like the Movies. It’s not unheard of for me to have more than one copy of a book, but usually that’s because one is a special edition with a totally different cover and maybe stenciled edges and other cool things like that. The covers for Nothing Like the Movies are the same except for the color so let me explain why I kept both.

When Lynn Painter announced the sequel to Better Than the Movies – one of my all-time favorite books I pre-ordered it as soon as it was available. Then a while later it was announced that Barnes & Noble was released an exclusive edition with bonus content. Like I could pass up bonus content?! So I pre-ordered that orange cover. Normally, I would have canceled the original order and just kept the exclusive edition. However, I think the purple cover is so much prettier than the orange! Hence, why I have 2 copies of this book. But, it’s okay because you can never have too much of Wes Bennett and Liz Buxbaum!
