Book Review: Believe Me
I have finally finished the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi. 11 books and novellas! If you read my review of the previous book, Imagine Me, you know that I was not a fan of it. So I was hoping that the last book, Believe Me, would redeem the series for me. Keep reading to find out what I thought!

Believe Me was much better in my opinion and is told entirely from Aaron’s POV. I loved being back with Warner, especially since the previous book was only told from Juliette and Kenji’s POVs. This book is sort of epilogue novella that begins shortly after the end of Imagine Me. The group is starting to rebuild and get their lives together post Reestablishment. Meanwhile Aaron and Juliette are trying to plan their wedding.
I liked this book much more than Imagine Me, but I was annoyed for Aaron for most of the book. The other characters treat him so bad and even though things end on a much better and positive note, I still felt bad for him and didn’t feel like the resolution was clear enough to satisfy me. While I loved being back in Aaron’s head, since this is an epilogue novella I wish we also got Juliette’s POV, especially since for most of the series she’s the main character.
Overall, I liked this book and how it wrapped up, but I wish we got Juliette’s POV too and a more thorough conclusion.
The spin-off series that takes place 10 years later comes out this month and I do plan to read it at some point!
