The best way to guarantee this is to create an environment that is conducive to rest. When you fully prioritize sleep, your body develops the stability to respond to most challenges.

It may not seem like it makes sense, but chronic stress is a huge threat to immunity. When your cortisol levels rise, your immune responses become suppressed. You are then more susceptible to certain illnesses. Fortunately, you can build daily habits that reduce stress and calm your nervous system. The likes of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises are all great ideas. When your mind is a lot calmer, your body will follow suit. Proactively dealing with problems surrounding stress will ensure that your immune system remains alert and capable. It’s very easy for it to become overworked and drained by the pressures around you.
