October 2025 Favorite Reads

Somehow we’re already at the end of October. How did that happen?! Anyway, I’m sharing my favorite October reads a bit early this month because I want to do a Halloween post tomorrow and it seemed silly to share my favorites post the day after when I’m wearing this “Trick or Read” sweatshirt in the photo! There’s also a 0% chance I’ll finish one of my current reads by tomorrow so it made sense to share today.

My favorite reads of the month in no particular order:

• A Witch’s Guide to Magican Innkeeping – such a good cozy, fantasy with the found family trope.
• Sounds Like Love – This made me really emotional
• Love Arranged – I loved this fake dating, wrap-up to the Lakefront Billionaires series
• Terror at the Gates – I am obsessed with this book and wish the next one was out, like yesterday.
• A Curse Carved in Bone – So many twists and turns in the second half of this book that I didn’t see coming

Of these 5 books which was my top favorite?

Terror at the Gates! This may be my new favorite Scarlett St. Clair book. I’ll have to wait until book 2 to see if it tops the Hades x Persephone Saga for me.
