Christmas Trees 2025
What’s better than one full size Christmas tree? Two, of course! For the past few years I’ve had one full size tree and one or two mini trees. Now that I have more space in my townhouse, I wanted to have a second full size tree. I’ve actually been plotting this out since last Christmas!
I have the Balsam Hill tree that I’ve had for a few years in my living room. It has the same theme that it’s had for years. Red, green, and gold ornaments (and a few travel and gift souvenirs), red beads, and a gold angel topper. I did update my tree skirt and go this gorgeous embroidered tree skirt from Rifle Paper Co.

For my new tree, I’ve had my eye on the viral twinkling tree from Home Depot that sold out last year. I was hoping to get it on sale after Christmas last year but it was that sold out that I couldn’t find any. But I got one this year and I decided to go with the slim version. It’s slim, but not pencil thin, so ti’s still a nice size tree. Plus, it’s 7.5 feet so it’s still a big tree. I have it in my front room/library. I just moved down my chairs, table, and rug to fit the tree by the window.
For this tree, I decided not to do any ornaments on it, but only put on burgundy velvet bows and clip on candles for a old school, classic, almost Victorian look. I love the way it turned out! The tree can also be multicolored lights and have steady lights, or fade into multicolor to white, but I just love the white twinkling.

Do you stick to a theme for your Christmas tree?
