Downtime, Good Food, & A Pop-Up Christmas Bar

We’re now at the last full day of my trip to visit my cousins in Georgia before I embarked on my road trip home. This was a low key day with more down time. We got Dutch Bros. coffee and drinks, which I had never had before since there’s no Dutch Bros up in NJ. I had heard of the chain before though so I was interested in trying it. I ended up getting one of the hot chocolates from their secret menu. That afternoon we took a scenic drive to a garden center to take a look at some plants and things and I ended up getting a tall sea glass vase.

We had some more relaxation time back at my cousin’s house and my younger cousin and I made some stickers on her Cricut for my friends’ podcast I do social media for, Tomorrow is Cancelled. Then, we went out for our last family dinner of the trip, which was an absolutely delicious meal at Delbar, a Persian restaurant. Everything was so good and I definitely want to try to recreate their beet carpaccio. Afterwards, we went to Miracle on Main, a pop-up Christmas bar. We had reservations for this pop-up bar, but since it was after Christmas had already passed, there were only a few tables of people there. I’m sure more people were into the extremely festive bar prior to Christmas. I loved all the Christmas decor inside, especially the presents hanging from the ceiling!
