The Deal – TV Tie-In Cover

Here’s something you may or may not know about me. I have always hated book covers that are movie or tv-tie in covers. I hate when a popular book becomes a movie or tv show and then the books get re-released with the movie or tv poster as the cover and you can’t find any non-movie/tv tie-in covers. I know some people love them, but I don’t understand why those covers aren’t just an optional cover rather than the only covers 99% of the time. I even have a post I wrote on Threads last year as proof that I am not new to disliking these covers. And yet…when the tv-tie in covers for The Deal came out with Belmont Camelli and Ella Bright as the main characters from Off Campus I had to have it because I love them as Garrett and Hannah so much!

So never say never I guess! But also, I think this is an exception for me and I don’t see myself suddenly liking all movie and tv tie-in covers haha.
