Smocked Off-the-Shoulder Top
Happy Wednesday! This week has felt pretty slow so far so we’ll see how the rest of the week goes. Today, I’m sharing the last look from my evening photoshoot with Lauren over the summer in Asbury Park. This look is so fun and definitely perfect for a night out! I wore a printed black front tie off-the-shoulder top with black ripped jeans and bejeweled wedge sandals. This top is so pretty and the details are so fun. It has smock detailing on the top so it’s nice and stretchy and will basically fit a range of bust sizes. The tie at the bust is adjustable too which is so…

Grey Eyelash OTS Sweater
You all know my love for off-the-shoulder, OTS, sweaters and soft, cozy materials. Eyelash sweaters are one of those cozy materials and thankfully rarely itchy. Over the weekend, I wore this grey eyelash OTS sweater with black leggings. I also love sweaters that are long enough to wear with leggings, obviously! Sweater: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s | Leggings: J.Crew | Boots: UGG | Earrings: Red Dress Boutique Like many off-the-shoulder sweaters, you could wear this is as cowl-neck but it might be a little uncomfortable because there is a little bit of elastic on each shoulder. I was fine wearing it off-the-shoulder since I was indoors most of the…

OTS Blue Chenille Dress
Chenille is the ultimate cozy, winter material. I can’t get enough of it! While I have a few chenille sweaters of varying styles I’ve never owned a chenille dress. I’ve been seeing them crop up here and there this winter season and while I would’ve loved to find a classic, long sleeve, chenille sweater dress that I really liked (for both design and price point) this season I did find one a fun one. This blue chenille dress has an off-the-shoulder cut. You don’t have to pull it off the shoulder or order a size up to make it more slouchy. It is intentionally cut on an angle at the…

Buffalo Check Off-the-Shoulder
It’s back to work for me today. It’s supposed to be a shorter day for us since the students don’t come back until tomorrow, so I’m hoping today will be a nice way to ease back in to work. Nice being a relative term. On a happier and lighter note, I’m sharing a really cute buffalo check or plaid off-the shoulder top today. It’s actually the last look I shot with Lauren for our holiday shoot. I saved it for last because while it is red and can definitely be worn for holiday-wear it isn’t as Christmas-y as the bow brooch or plaid cape that I also wore for the shoot. I…

Striped Smocked OTS
I’ve been waiting to wear this for a while and I’m so glad I finally got to wear it over the weekend. This striped smocked off-the-shoulder top has 3/4 bell sleeves and is so comfortable and cute. I love the stripes as well as the smocked design. I love smock tops because they’re so stretchy and comfortable. This is lightweight so it’s perfect for warm fall days. It was too hot over the summer to wear it and soon it will be too cold to wear it so I had to take advantage of this short window of warm to mild fall temps! Top: LOFT | Leggings: Nordstrom Rack | Shoes: Target This OTS top…

Striped OTS Romper
Last night’s Ed Sheeran concert was so good! It was in the same stadium as when I saw Taylor Swift, and it was awesome in its own way. I thoroughly enjoyed both concerts, but of course they are different styles and vibes. I am going to write a blog post with some photos, videos, and all the details (including my friend surprising me with floor seats!) for tomorrow, but in the mean time you can always check out my Instagram stories for a few videos on there before they expire! Now back to the purpose of this post. The weather is finally starting to turn milder with more fall-like temperatures…

Eyelet Off-the-Shoulder Sweatshirt
After a very busy week last week and a busy weekend with my friend’s wedding, by Sunday I was exhausted. This doesn’t bode well for me for the next wedding I have next week which is a 4 day affair! Plus, I have some exciting personal things happening next week too – but that’s for another day! Anyway, by Sunday I was feeling pretty beat and it was cold and rainy outside, so I was totally in the comfy clothes mood. I went to visit a friend and her new baby boy and then to another friends’ for a Memorial Day Weekend bbq, which turned in to an indoor bbq…

Windowpane Scarf + Tassel Earrings
If you saw my Instagram Stories over the weekend, then you may have already saw this outfit. I shared it on Sunday on my stories, but here are all the details! Over the weekend I had a spring photoshoot and I had planned to wear this off-the-shoulder top for one of the outfits. At the last minute I decided to swap it out for a different top, but since this one was already ironed and ready to go I decided to wear it on Sunday. It was a pretty warm day, but I decided to wear a scarf just in case it got a bit cool out. This windowpane scarf…

Chenille OTS
It looks like we’re finally getting consistent mild weather and no more random deep freezes, which is exciting! Last weekend was cold, but I didn’t want to wear winter clothes because it’s April! So this chenille sweater was perfect because it’s nice, cozy, and warm, but off the shoulder so it’s a great transitional piece. Top & Leggings: LC Lauren Conrad via Kohl’s I’ve been waiting for a time to wear this sweater. It’s hard to find a time when it’s still cool enough outside to wear a chenille sweater and warm enough that you can wear an off-the-shoulder top without being cold. The window is very small! So last…
