BAM Update #4
I haven’t done a Body & Mind, BAM, update since January so I thought it was time for another one. The focus of this update is being kind to yourself. I touched on this in the past about listening to your body, not forcing anything, Since my last update, I have taken two weeks off from the Body & Mind program. Not consecutively. Body & Mind – 3 Month Update
Quick update for you all on my Body & Mind program in the Sweat App! I’ve been pretty good about staying on top of the workouts each week. Sometimes I do my workout before dinner and sometimes I do it later in the evening, closer to bed time. With the Body & Mind program being yoga based, it’s easier to do whenever and it’s not like I’m doing a hardcore workout right before bed. BAM Update 2
I’m back with my 2nd update for the BAM (Body & Mind) program in the Sweat App. I’m still loving the yoga based exercise program in the app. I’m taking a different approach to this update post today though. Instead of just talking about the different exercises and what I find easy and/or challenging, I want to talk about how this past month or so has made me think more about listening to my body (and mind ha). Sweat App – Body & Mind
Happy Friday! This week has been soooo long. And I know people say that a lot, but seriously – it felt like it took forever to me. In fact, for the past 2 days the first thing in my head when I wake up is that it was Friday and then I realized it was not Friday. Huge let down! I’ve been extra tired this week – probably a mix of being busy and not getting enough sleep. I can’t wait to get a solid sleep tonight! BBG Beginner 1 Month Check In
I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far! I had a pretty productive day yesterday with my monthly massage, some blog business, and hanging out with friends where I got them to try out a game with me that I was sent for review.
