1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza
Getting closer to the weekend and it’s a 3-day weekend so I definitely can’t wait!
In the meantime, onto today’s food post. A few months ago, my blog buddy Tezzy from The Tezzy Files wrote about her experience and meal at 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria in Dubai. I told her about how there was a new-ish restaurant by me called 1000 Degrees Neapolitan! I hadn’t tried it, but it was on my list of places to try out. Well, I finally got to go so I thought I would share some pictures of my pizza there and write a little bit about my experience and how the pizza tasted.
The restaurant is brightly lit and like in most pizzerias you order at the counter. There are a host of different kinds of pizzas to choose from and they make it for you fresh when you order. They put your pizza into the brick oven and within minutes your pizza is delivered to your table! It took me quite a few minutes to decide what kind of pizza I wanted! Ultimately, I decided I didn’t want the traditional tomato sauce pizza and I opted for the Smokey Pollo which is described on the menu as, “sweet and smokey bourbon barbecue sauce, roasted chicken, red onion, pineapple, shredded Mozzarella & Blue cheese chunks.”
The service was great and friendly. It was amazing how quickly the pizza cooked and how good everything looked. Now the big question: how did it taste? My pizza was so delicious! This sweet and smokey barbecue chicken with all the fixin’s like pineapple and blue cheese really hit the spot. Just looking at these photos now makes me want to go back for another pizza ASAP!
I haven’t figured out whether the 1000 Degree Neapolitan Pizza chain here is any way connected to the 800 Degree Neapolitan Pizzeria that Tezzy went to, but if not it’s a huge coincidence!

Thanks for trying out the similar-named chain lol! Glad you enjoyed the pizza 🙂 It sure sounds like a huge coincidence how similar the two are! As always, a lovely post xoxo
