Almay Class of 2018

We’re almost to the weekend! The days have both been feeling pretty long, but also like I don’t have enough hours in the day to get things done. So here’s hoping today feels a little less hectic!

So if you follow me on Instagram , then you probably already know that I was invited by Almay to be part of their Almay Class of 2018. I was so excited to be asked to take part! The Almay Class of 2018 is for a new generation of unapologetic originals who are all about showing their true selves. And since I’ve been working on my positive vibes lately, this is such an honor for me! I wanted to share a few photos of the amazing haul they sent me earlier this month.

Almay was kind enough to send me 10 eyeshadow quads, 2 Instant Glow Duos, 3 butter lipsticks, a pack of makeup eraser sticks, and an eyeliner. They also sent me a letter board, which I’d been wanting!

I’ve been playing around with the products. I’m sharing selfies of me wearing the eyeshadow quad “Pure Gold, Baby”, the Instant Glow duo in “Soft Glow” and the lipstick in “Nude Light”. The lipstick definitely looks darker in the tube. On the lips it’s like a my lips but better shade. The eyeshadow quad is easy to use and blendable, but subtle and does take some layering to get some color on the lids. The highlighting duo is amazing. One side has the creamy stick and the other the liquid highlight. I’ve been using the cream on the tops of my cheekbones and after blending that in, dotting a few dots of the liquid on top, on the bridge of my nose, and cupid’s bow. It gives a gorgeous dewy glow!

I’m loving all these products, but my favorites are definitely the lipsticks and highlighting duos! Thank you again to Almay for this amazing gift!
