Can you believe that after almost 14 months we’re starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel? I’m fully vaccinated now and as more people get vaccinated, masks will not be needed as much, and countless Zoom meetings and virtual celebrations will be a thing of the past.
My friends were supposed to get married last July, but had to postpone their wedding to this April and again that had to get postponed. So some friends and family decided to do a little Zoom celebration surprise for them after such a long engagement and so many postponements due to the pandemic.
We were supposed to dress in some nice, spring attire to make the Zoom celebration a little nicer. I decided to just slip on an easy dark floral dress that I’ve had for years. I still love this dress so much. It has bell sleeves with sheer lace detailing, it’s got a beautiful floral design, a smooth satin-y material but thick like a neoprene material, and it has pockets!
Dress: New York & Company
As mentioned above my dress is a few years old, but I’ve linked to a few dark floral dresses that I thought were pretty.
One day soon we’ll be able to celebrate big events in person!
