May 2021 Favorites

Happy Memorial Day!

It’s been a cold and rainy weekend here, but it’s supposed to be nicer today so we’ll see. I can’t believe it’s already the last day of May and it’s June tomorrow.

I have a few May favorites to share with you today.

First up, I wrote about this book club mug a few weeks ago and of course I’m still loving it!

My one food favorite this month is korean fish cakes. I first had these at a korean restaurant years ago and since then my mom has found the sheets at the asian food store and she cuts them up and cooks them with a soy sauce/honey/rice wine/sesame oil. It’s so good and addictive. I could eat a whole container on my own so I always have to control myself lol.

I recently wrote about a spring bouquet I put together with stock flowers and baby’s breath. So pretty!

Last month I included the A Court of Thorns and Roses series in my favorites. Well, I’m such a huge fan of the series along with a few of my friends so we got matching t-shirts!

A Court of Thorns and Roses is written by Sarah J. Maas and I’ve started reading the previous series by here, Throne of Glass. So far I’ve read 3 of the books in the series and I just started the 4th.
