#fbf Purple Leaf Plum Tree

I love flowering trees, but I hate how short they blossom for. In my parents’ backyard they have a purple leaf plum tree that has purple leaves (obviously) and beautiful pink flowers. The flowers only last for a short couple weeks, but I snapped this photo as the tree was in the early stages of blooming last month. I loved the sun coming through in the early evening.
