Floral Chiffon Peplum

I can’t believe I’ll be back at work this time next week. It’s so crazy to me how fast this summer went.

Since I knew I was going to be recovering from my surgery during my birthday weekend, my family had a small bbq/dinner the weekend before. For the dinner I wore this floral chiffon peplum top and white scalloped shorts.

The top is really fitted for a peplum and has a built in bra so it’s nice to not have to wear a strapless bra with it. I love the light purple/blue color of the top and the print is a very romantic floral. I thought the top would look great with white shorts, although it would look great with blue denim as well.

This top would look great in the fall with a cardigan and jeans too so it’s easy to bring it into next season.
