Peloton Annual Challenge: 4,000 Minutes

It’s getting to be that time of year where I feel like it’s too early to turn on the heat, but when I wake up for work in the morning it’s so cold that I don’t want to get out from under my covers. But, I did end up turning it on last night cause it was so chilly. Today and tomorrow are supposed to be back in the 70s but I think this might be the last of the warmer weather.

Anyway, today’s post is a quick one. I reached 4,000 minutes in the annual challenge on Peloton last week! I don’t have much to say about it, but when I first started the challenge at the beginning of the year I don’t think I could’ve imagined that I’d get to 4,000 minutes. I really had no idea how many tiers I’d accomplish.

I still do way more cycling classes than any other, but I’m trying to make a more conscious effort to do at least one non-cycling class per week even if it’s just stretching or meditation, but I do want to make more of an effort to do more core and strength exercises.

Now can I get to 5,000 before the end of 2021?
