Museum of Natural History

It’s my last Friday of the school year! Next Friday we have off for Juneteenth since it is now a federal holiday and then the following week is just a 2-day work week.

Last weekend I went to the Museum of Natural History in New York City with some relatives that were in town visiting. I haven’t been to this museum in quite a few years so I really wanted to go with them. Fun fact: I love museums. Here are some photos from my visit! Spoiler alert – I took a lot of photos of the dinosaurs.

The first photo is on the train platform on my way into the city. I hadn’t been on the train since before Covid so it seemed worthy of commemoration.

We also went to the planetarium but no pictures or video are allowed in there and a shark exhibit but I didn’t take any cool photos there. We stepped out for lunch and I got a yummy chicken gyro from a food cart and ate on a bench outside.

My favorite exhibits were the dinosaurs and the minerals and gems!
