Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, & SAM

On day 3 of vacation in Washington state, we stuck around Seattle. After a hotel breakfast of bagel and lox, I walked over to the Space Needle and went up to the top. We had really nice weather so that provided good views. Next door to the Space Needle is the Chihuly Glass and Garden – an indoor and outdoor exhibit showing off beautiful Chihuly glass pieces. There is a brick oven pizza cafe inside so ate lunch there as well. Next, we went to the Seattle Art Museum, which is a really nice museum. It is small, but I think just the right amount of artwork if you’re looking for a place to spend about an hour and enjoy art. For dinner we went to Japanessa Sushi Cochina which is a fusion place and the food was delicious.
