UK Book Covers

Every once in a while I think that the UK cover of a book is a lot prettier than the US version. Since I discovered Blackwells – a British book retailer that ships to the US for free – I have bought a few UK versions of books rather than the ones here because those covers were prettier to me.

• The Hurricane Wars – I thought this UK version was so pretty and the sprayed edges are gorgeous
• Her Radiant Curse – I think this version is immensely more beautiful than the US version! I really do not like the US cover.
• Vengeance of the Pirate Queen – I haven’t read this one yet, but I love this cover. The US covers recently all got redone for the Daughter of the Pirate King series and they are all real people covers and I really dislike real people covers. I much prefer this one!

How do you think these covers compare to the US covers?
