Julian Haites Appreciation

I will always be a Magnolia Parks and BJ Ballentine girlie, but I do love Julian Haites and am hoping he gets a happy ending and not some tragic ending when the series comes to a close. And although I know and love that Magnolia and BJ are end game/soulmates, I do love this quote of something Magnolia says to Julian at the end of their relationship in Magnolia Parks: The Long Way Home and Daisy Haites: The Great Undoing.

“You are a very dangerous man, Julian. I know that. But I hope that you know above that and before that, you really are quite a good man.”

Yeah, Julian may be a dangerous gang lord, but he’s also a really good person who loves his sister so much and would do anything for her. He also really loves Magnolia even though he knows she will never love anyone like she loves BJ. This quote is especially fitting because Julian is the kind of person who doesn’t think he deserves good things.
