Thin and broken hair, for example, may only affect a section of your locks, or dull and dry skin may only affect certain small patches across your body.
But even when beauty troubles like these are minor, they can still do a number on your confidence. So let’s go through three things you can do to work out what’s going on with your skin and hair, as well as what you can do about them.
Look at Your Diet
The things you eat can have a big effect on how your skin and hair look and function. If you don’t get enough nutrients, both can become dull and lifeless, as well as thin and sensitive.
Taking a look at your regular diet and focusing on padding out your nutrient sources could mean your skin and hair go back to normal in a few weeks to a few months from now.

No matter how big or small your skin and hair worries are, you can get in touch with such a specialist and have them assess and diagnose any potential problems.

Pick Up a New Routine

This could require you to cut back on the cleansing you do. If you use a cleanser both morning and night, you could be accidentally drying out your skin in the hopes of keeping it healthy!
Or there could be a product in your roster that contains an ingredient you’re allergic to; that can be harder to diagnose, but think over your hair and skin concerns and consider if they only crop up at certain times.
