Mini Vlog – Summer Friday
Some days in the summer I’m just hanging around the house doing this and that and don’t know where the time has gone. Other days I’m constantly doing something and out all day. I enjoy doing these little mini vlog (for reels) every once in a while so I documented most of my day last Friday.
First, I had breakfast which consisted of chia pudding with some fresh mango, coffee, and my Kindle.

Then, I read my physical book (at that time I was still reading Holly) while I finished my coffee.

Next, I took some photos and videos for bookish content.

A couple weeks ago I picked up these Drizzlicious mini rice cakes in the birthday cake flavor and they’re so yummy! Had a few for a little snack.

I’m not technically working over the summer, but I am writing some curriculum for work and getting a stipend for it.

For lunch I had a carrot ribbon salad with chicken and walnuts. I’m missing my green salads, but I do love carrot ribbon salads!

Then, I got showered, dressed, did my makeup and dried my hair to head out.

My friend and I headed to downtown Somerville and went to Blue Sheep Bake Shop (my fav local bakery) especially for cupcakes and macarons – and got ice cream tacos! I got the italian rainbow cookie and cannoli flavors.

We stopped by Soul Trip, which has crystals, candles, etc. and our favorite local plant shop, Spotted Leaf.

Then, we stopped by my friend’s apartment so she could drop off her new plant. I actually love this sneaky mirror selfie I took haha.

We walked over to Grub Hut and grabbed an early dinner. I got the baby back ribs.

And finally, we went to see The Odyssey! It’s been a long time since I was last at the movie theater, but this one was worth seeing on the big screen.
