Last week I had the great privilege to go on a private tour of the new Chambers Center by PALM Health. PALM, which stands for “Personalized Advanced Lifestyle Medicine” , is just that. A beautiful 18,000 sq. ft. space that has its members’ well-being in mind first and foremost. I haven’t done a Body & Mind, BAM, update since January so I thought it was time for another one. The focus of this update is being kind to yourself. Happy Friday! This week has been soooo long. And I know people say that a lot, but seriously – it felt like it took forever to me. In fact, for the past 2 days the first thing in my head when I wake up is that it was Friday and then I realized it was not Friday. Huge let down!
