This is a more common problem than you might realize, telogen effluvium symptoms are hair loss and scalp problems mainly in women. It is preventable, however, as are other health problems brought on by stress which can be fixed by certain lifestyle changes. It’s vital that you take some time for yourself in 2020.  Here are some top wellness trends you can try this year.

Gardening is trending this year. You can find your own little green space, big or small, whether you have a yard or just a little window box. Developing a bit of a green thumb can be very therapeutic. It’s a pleasant way to get in touch with nature which is proven to give you some perspective and help you to relax. It’s also very rewarding and satisfying to see something growing and thriving because of your nurture. Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience or knowledge about plants, there are many more low maintenance species

Pet therapy
It’s proven that spending time with animals is very rewarding and not to mention fun. If you don’t have time or the finances to spare to get a pet yourself there are still ways you can benefit from making a few animal friends. You can volunteer to walk your neighbors’ dogs and to look after their cats. You could even consider fostering instead of taking on a full-time pet. If not many cities are opening places like cat cafes and bars, which are really trending at the moment. You can have a drink while petting their resident cats. You can bring your friends along and it can be a great way to spend an afternoon.

Group Training
If you want to combine socializing with fitness why not try group training? Most fitness centers offer a variety of classes ranging from aerobics to dance to yoga. You can try out different ones to get a combination of exercises. Make sure you stay on top of your exercise routine as this will have all-round benefits. If you don’t have time to go to classes instead why not jump on the working out at home trend. There are many models of smart cardio machines and other exercise equipment. You can set up a home gym for less money than you used to in the past.
