Product Spotlight: Caudalie Grape Water

Sunday already – the weekends always go by too fast! I’m not going to say “Happy Sunday” since I’m not too thrilled the work week starts up again tomorrow! Anyway, let’s forget about that for a moment and take a look at Caudalie’s Grape Water. Over the summer I wrote about Urban Decay’s B6 Vitamin-Infused Complexion Prep Spray, which I love. I used that up and while I have a backup of that, I also had another spray in my stash that I wanted to try out. Enter the Grape Water spray.

The spray claims  that it is:
A 100 percent grape water toner enriched with moisturizing polysaccharides and mineral salts.
This 100 percent plant-based water—extracted directly from grapes during the harvests—soothes, refreshes, and hydrates the skin.

Both the B6 and the Grape Water sprays are meant to refresh and soothe your skin. I honestly like them both. I use both the same way. I spritz my face when I get out of the shower in the morning and after I wash my face at night. I feel like the Grape Water is wetter – if that makes any sense because both of them are sprays for your face, but maybe the Grape Water dispenses more product. It definitely feels good on my skin and gives me a refreshing, clean feeling especially because I like taking hot showers so it has a nice, soothing effect.

I plan to continue to purchase this as well as the B6 spray and continue to alternate between the two. If you are trying to decide which to get though, for reference the Caudalie Grape Water comes in two sizes 2.5 oz and 6.7 oz and costs $18 and $10 respectively. The B6 spray is quite a bit more. The sizes are 4.0 oz and 1 oz and costs $33 and $15 respectively. The prices are quite a bit different especially when you consider the amount of product you’re getting.

I really enjoy the Grape Water. It’s the only thing from Caudalie that I’ve tried, but I definitely want to explore more of the brand.

Have any of you tried anything from the brand? Any recommendations?
