Summer is flying by — too fast for my liking. It’s no secret that I love food and sharing food posts here on the blog and a common summer food is salad, whether it’s all different kinds of green salads or even more of a summer staple – pasta salad. When I was little, my mom would often make a macaroni salad with tuna especially in the summer since it is a cold salad. I recently recreated it and thought it would be a perfect time to share it with you today!
I know I often say that the recipes I’m sharing with you are fairly simple, but seriously this one is super simple.
All you need is mayonnaise, tuna, celery (diced), and cooked macaroni.
Add the celery, tuna, and mayonnaise to the macaroni. Add salt & pepper. You’re basically adding everything to taste. Taste and add ingredients accordingly.
Mix it all up and chill in the refrigerator. It is really that easy! You can eat it alone or as a side with a sandwich or anything you’d like. It’s not only easy, but tasty too!
