I love getting antipasto dishes at italian restaurants as well as putting together something at home. The nice thing about doing it at home is that you can put together any foods you like. For this antipasto I put together, I used mozzarella, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, olive oil, salt and pepper. So easy!
