Hi all – I’m writing this ahead of time, but when this post goes live I will have finished my first day back to work after the holidays. Hopefully I have gotten through the day unscathed.
The food post for you today is dry-rub baby back ribs and it is super simple, just how I like my recipes! All you need are racks of ribs, obvi, BBQ seasoning, and garlic salt.
Rub the seasonings all over the meat and refrigerate overnight. The next day bake on a rack so the oil can drip down onto the pan.
Bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for about 2.5-3 hours.
And that’s all there is to it! The ribs are so easy to make and so tasty. I like when the meat is almost ready to fall off the bone. Just looking at the pictures is making me think of making this again sometime this week!
