Turquoise Heart Nails
Happy Thursday! We’re almost at the weekend. It’s been a crazy busy week at work with no time to breathe basically. It didn’t help that on Tuesday, I got stuck at work because my car wouldn’t start! So thankful for AAA Roadside Assistance for getting my car fixed up. I got home about an hour and a half later than usual, but I guess it could’ve been worse.
By the way, thanks for all the support I got from yesterday’s post about my YouTube channel! If you haven’t yet, please check it out – I would be so grateful!
I have a quick post for you today. I did a simple manicure last week with a polish I received in my January Aster Market Box and a Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen.
The polish I used was from Lillian Eve in the shade “Under My Feet” which is a dark nude. The perfect neutral color and a great base for my turquoise hearts that I drew onto my ring fingers.
The nail polish applied really smoothly and I did two coats to get a nice opaque finish. I drew the hearts on my ring fingers with my Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen in “Turquoise”. The hearts came out a little crooked. I obviously still have not mastered drawing on my nails. More practice needed! But overall, I’m pleased with the manicure!
