
Greek Orzo Salad
I hope your Memorial Day Weekend is going swimmingly so far! Since this holiday weekend is always the unofficial kick-off to summer I thought I’d share this food post that I never got around to posting last summer. And this recipe is perfect for summer because it is so refreshing. As a fan of The Food Network’s show, “The Kitchen”, I always find recipes on there that I want to try myself. This Creamy Greek Orzo Salad is one that I wanted to try.
I stuck to the recipe except I couldn’t find za’atar so I didn’t use that. Since I followed the recipe, just click to the official one above and enjoy the photos of my attempt!
This was so good, but it was a tiny bit too sour so I would put less lemon in for future reference. The recipe calls for the juice of 1 lemon which was too much for me. My favorite part was for sure the crispy chickpeas!
