I love tie front tops and dresses. In fact, I’m wearing a tie front tee today! It’s funny how trends and styles come back around. I remember wearing tie front tops when I was in elementary school and now decades later it’s stylish again.
This tie front romper was perfect to wear out to dinner last week because it has wide 3/4 sleeves and the shorts are a bit longer so it was dinner appropriate and kept me warm enough for the restaurant air conditioning. I love blue and green combos and this navy blue with green stripes looks so good.
Romper: ASOS | Sandals: Target
I love the little keyhole at the tie. It’s a cute little detail, but when you tie your bow it sort of covers the keyhole so you don’t have to worry about sucking it in the whole time!
I paired the striped romper with black sandals and a fun statement bracelet. The bracelet is one I’ve had for years and I bought from an online boutique that I don’t think exists anymore. It’s a gold colored link bracelet with magnetic closure and a bright pink gem. I thought it was a pretty pop of color against the dark romper.
I’m not sure what I love more about this romper. The tie and keyhole, the stripes, or the color combo?!
