L’Oreal Rouge Signature Matte Colored Ink

If I had to choose between matte or glossy lip products, I almost always go with glossy. I like the look of gloss on my lips more than matte since most mattes are drying. With that being said, I still do like to try out matte lip products since they always look so good on others. Lucky for me L’Oreal and Influenster sent over some of the Rouge Signature Matte Colored Inks!

I was sent 3 shades. From left to right: I Create, I Rule, and I Am Worth It. These lip inks are supposed to deliver a satin feel with the color impact of a liquid lipstick. They claim to be non-drying, lightweight, pigmented, matte, and long-lasting.

I wore I Create over the weekend and I loved it! It really does apply so smoothly – no dragging or immediate staining that makes it difficult to apply. It felt cool when I applied it, but not like a tingly cool just a temperature cool. It went on super easy and was a beautiful color. I took some photos immediately after applying it and then a few hours later. It held up great and lasted me all day!

The above last photo is from a few hours after I first applied it and it looks good as new!

I really loved this color and plan to try out “I Rule” this week too. Reds aren’t really my thing so I plan to give away “I Am Worth It”. These lip inks are really good and I’d love to try out other shades!
