Feather & Net Hair Clip

A couple weeks ago I went to an afternoon tea themed baby shower. The invitations encouraged guests to wear florals and a hat. Never one to pass up a chance to be a little bit extra, I decided I wanted to get a headband or clip that had one of those netted veils. The original one I ordered from Etsy was a headband with a ribbon and the netted veil attached, but it got canceled because of a lack of materials so I quickly ordered a clip style one from Amazon. I really tried to make the net work, but I couldn’t get it to look nice on me without it being too close/tight to my face or too loose where it would pop up/bubble up on top. So I decided to just wear the feather part of it (it was a two-piece) which still had a little bit of the net detailing.
