Galentine’s 2026

When I saw two of my girlfriends for New Year’s Eve, we thought it would be fun to get together for a little Galentine’s where we did a craft and ate. My friends came over to my place last weekend and we had such a good time! We decided to make heart garland out of cardboard, Valentine’s napkins, and mod podge. I was influenced by hearts I saw for sale at Anthropologie. For food, I bought pizza dough and we made one plains and one pepperoni. We had grand plans of making a heart shape pizza, but after crafting took longer than anticipated we all did not have the time or energy to try to shape a heart out of pizza dough so we made regular, rectangular shaped ones. For dessert, I made brownies ahead of time and my friend brought sugar cookies.

I love how the garland turned out!

One of my resolutions for 2026 was to host more and lean more into lifestyle things, which I used to do and then sort of forgot about. Anyway, this craft was easy and worth doing!
