Cars Land
As promised when I did my daily recaps of my Disneyland trip, I’m back today to highlight Cars Land a little more. The photos in this post are going to be primarily day time photos (with a couple exceptions) because I’m going to do a whole Cars Land at night post later this week!
The two days we started off at Disney California Adventure we rope dropped Radiator Springs Racers in Cars Land. This was for two reasons. 1) It’s a fun ride 2) This ride isn’t included in Lightning Lane Multi-Pass and the standby line is often an hour long or more. Cars Land was high on our list because there is no Cars Land in Disney World – the park we go to more frequently. As soon as we walked in to Cars Land we were in awe. You feel like you’re really in Radiator Springs! All the places look so cool – Cozy Cone, Flo’s Cafe, and you’ve got the cars roaming about like Lightning McQueen and Mater. Radiator Springs Racers is all the way in the back of Cars Land so on that first morning our first impression of the area was awe, but we were speed walking to the ride at the same time so it wasn’t until after the ride that we could slow down and take it all in.
The ride itself is so fun and cool. The design is amazing! It really looks like you’re in the red rocks. I couldn’t stop staring at the rocks!

The bacon mac & cheese cone that we got from one of the cozy cones was delicious. More night time photos to come later this week!
