Covert Affairs – Annie Walker Fashion

Covert Affairs - Annie Walker Fashion
I had been meaning to write a post at some point about how I love pretty much all the fashion choices on USA Network’s shows. The people responsible for wardrobe on all these shows should get awards because seriously, I think on every show I’ve ever seen on the network the fashion is amazing. Anyway, the post or idea for the post kept getting pushed back by other ideas and other time sensitive posts.
Now the network’s show, Covert Affairs, has been canceled after 5 seasons and I am so sad about it! If you don’t know, the show follows Annie Walker (played by fellow Jersey girl, Piper Perabo) who is a CIA spy. I love spy shows and movies – there is something thrilling and mysterious about them. I always thought it’d be so much fun to be a spy. You know, minus the double life and risking your life part. What I’m most upset about is that I really wanted to know what was going to happen next on the show! I hate when they just leave you hanging and don’t renew the show. I understand when it’s a new series that just didn’t take off, but this show was on for 5 seasons so I, along with many others, became invested in the characters and storyline! It would’ve been nice to have a short, farewell season like so many other series get these days. I guess I’ll just have to make up the ending I wanted to see happen in my own head and hope for reruns or for it to be on Netflix or dvd!
Above, I picked out 6 looks Piper Perabo wore on the show that I love. There were countless other great looks and her character was known for wearing Louboutins, but my little collage is just a snippet of the wonderful fashion on the show as something to look back on.
