Snowman Pancake
Ah Sunday morning already. And we lost an hour of sleep! I have a long week ahead at work + parent/teacher conferences and I have the beginnings of a cold so needless to say, I’m not too happy it’s already Sunday! To brighten up this Sunday morning a tiny bit, I made my pancakes look like a snowman today after seeing something similar on Pinterest.
Just make one pancake smaller than the other to create the head and the body, the bacon serves as the scarf, chocolate chips for the face and buttons, and powder sugar for the snow! Super easy and possibly nothing extra than what you’d already do for a pancake breakfast, you’re just putting it together a little differently. You can also use blueberries or whatever you want for the face and buttons, but I chose chocolate chips this time around.

I have parent teacher conferences this week too. Gonna be a long week! What grade do you teach?

9th & 12th grade English. You’re middle school science right? I normally don’t have too many parents since I teach hs. It’s just going to be long and boring. Plus it used to be just 4 days (one of them being a late evening) and this time around they made it 7 days so it goes into next week!!

That’s right, now I remember. We might have discussed that before. And yes, middle school science! 7 days??? We just have one on Thursday. That’s insane!
