Love Sriracha sauce. Love chicken. Put them together and it’s bound to be good right? This recipe is very easy to do and I don’t have measurements for you, but you can find similar recipes all over the Internet or you could just play around with the recipe to make it to your liking.
All you need is Sriracha (duh), Chinese Five Spice, lime juice, garlic, and hoisin sauce for the marinade and chicken thighs.
Mix the ingredients together and then coat the chicken.
Then, I transferred the chicken to a foil lined baking sheet and put it in the oven.
Halfway through the cooking time, I flipped the chicken thighs over because I like having both sides to be brown. This dish is super easy and super tasty and flavorful!
