Pleated Front Shirt
It’s finally consistently warm enough to wear thin blouses to work without a sweater, which means a welcome change of pace in my work wardrobe. I really enjoy tops with pleats on them — I think they’re a nice, very feminine detail to a blouse.
Blouse: LOFT
Pants: Uniqlo
Shoes: Chinese Laundry via DSW
Watch: Anne Klein
I opted to wear a camisole underneath that has a thick lace panel neckline for a nice detail underneath the blouse since the blouse is so sheer. The pleats are a nice addition to the blouse since it hangs so loosely. And because the blouse is loose fitting, I wanted to go with more fitted pants to create a more slimming look, which is why I went with my trusty stretch cords and my ankle strapped wedges to elongate the look as well.
Yay for warmer weather and a shift in clothing options!

I’m also super thankful for spring teacher clothes. It’s ALMOST time to put away the tights and I’m really excited.
Super cute shirt, I love Loft!

I know, finally! No more heavy sweaters and cardigans with EVERYTHING. I love Loft too. It’s got great work and casual clothes!
