Pizza Crust Pizza
Is it possible to feel burnt out from work only 3 weeks in? This school year is shaping up to be very stressful. Counting down the days until the next holiday!
In the meantime, I’ve got a new food post and video for you today. If you’ve been following me for a while, you may remember my last pizza post where I made pizza at home using naan bread. Lately, for my at-home pizzas I’ve been forgoing the naan bread and buying this pizza crust dough from Brooklyn Bred. I do pretty much the same thing as when I make the naan pizzas with essentially the same toppings.
I brush on some olive oil onto the crust, top it with sauce, cheese, and pre-cooked toppings such as bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. I also included pepperoni, but obviously you can use any toppings you like. I also like to put on some basil post-baking.
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes and voila! Yummy pizza at home!
