This week was one of those weird weeks where at some points I thought the week was moving along pretty quickly and at other times I was wondering how it wasn’t Friday yet. Hopefully you all have been having a good week! This past week’s photo challenge from The Daily Post was “Shine“. I chose a picture from my recent trip to the pumpkin patch/apple orchard, which I wrote about here.
This photo was just outside the corn maze and as I looked back I saw the sun streaming down and hitting the tops of the corn stalks. I captured the photo at just the right moment to catch the sun beautifully shining down . You can literally see what looks like rays of sunshine! There’s also a little flash of light or a reflection on my lens in the bottom center of the photo.
This might be one of my favorite photos I’ve taken recently. I hope you all like it as much as I do!
