Project PUB
Back in July I went to Project PUB , a restaurant in downtown Somerville, NJ. The restaurant’s concept is pretty cool. Each month they feature a brewery and design their menu to items that will pair well with the brewery’s offerings. So, let me tell you right off the bat I don’t drink beer, so that part was sort of wasted on me, but I still think it’s cool that their menu is always changing because I love food!
So my friend and I both ordered entrees, 1 appetizer to share, and a side of fries. We sat at a table outside on the nice porch and our waiter said he’d have to bring our food out in a staggered fashion because we ordered more food than could fit on our table! But I really think it could’ve all fit, honestly.
Anyway, we ordered these vegetable dumplings which were sooo good! Next time I go back I hope they’re still on the menu!
For more meal I got the smaller size charcuterie board which was called the “Assistant Brewer”. It was really tasty and this board, combined with sharing the dumplings and duck fat fries with my friend was just enough to fill me.
I enjoyed my evening at Project PUB and I can’t wait to see what the menu is like next time I go back!
