Tulip Back

Happy Wednesday! Quick post today, because as I write this (on Tuesday night) I’m exhausted and trying not to fall asleep!

This lightweight sweater is perfect for spring evenings or cool spring days because it’s so thin and it has a fun, tulip back. What is a tulip back? It’s overlapping material at the back that gives the look of a cutout and a shorter length in the back than the front of the top.

I wore this pinky-mauve tulip back top with space dye leggings and a lace bodysuit underneath.

I think the tulip back is such a fun detail. It’s a nice twist on the traditional sweater or top. And it’s a great way to stay cool during the transitional weather!
